OUTLOOK
As the Tigers enter the 2024-25 season, head coach Cory Cole is pleased to have several starters back. Building team chemistry is a priority as the Tiger undertake a challenging schedule.
“We return four starters and several three and four year players. Our culture and chemistry is strong and we share the sugar and play defense first,” said coach Cole.
Beau Billensley (6-1, Jr.) is a 2nd Team All-District player at guard. For the past two seasons, Billensley has started at point guard and looks to continue making an impact at that position. The junior currently holds 10-plus Division I and II offers and more are expected to roll in this season. Billensley carries a 3.6 GPA in the classroom.
Several underclassmen are expected to see playing time this season as coach Cole continues to develop talent for the future. After a 20-plus win season a year ago, the Tigers are poised to make another run and push for a spot in the state tournament.
